We take pride in ensuring that our parcels are delivered as quickly as possible. In many cases, our delivery speed is faster than standard market services. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected due to high workload or operational demand.

📦 Accurate Information Required

For successful and timely delivery, it is mandatory that customers provide complete and accurate information (full name, correct address, and active contact number). Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

📞 Rider Communication via WhatsApp

Once your order is dispatched, rider details will be shared with you via WhatsApp. Customers are advised to stay in contact with the rider to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery.

⚠️ Delivery Responsibility

If delivery is not completed even after contacting the rider, customers must immediately contact our official WhatsApp support number for assistance and resolution.

🎥 Parcel Opening Policy

All parcels are NOT allowed to be opened before payment and delivery confirmation. Customers are required to check their parcel after receiving it and must record an unboxing/opening video immediately after delivery as proof in case of any issue or claim.

💰 Open Parcel Request

If a customer specifically requests an “Open Parcel” option, additional charges will apply. These charges must be paid separately before dispatch.
